Methods of Payment:
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express through PayPal.

Shipping:
All orders totaling $100 or more are shipped to you FREE! (US only) For international shipping, please add an additional $3.00 for Canada. All other countries please add an additional $8.00. Items will be shipped via UPS or USPS Global Priority.

All items are hand-crafted. Please note that orders received prior to 5PM Monday through Friday will generally be shipped within three to five business days (excluding holidays). Some items may require a longer period of time (such as handbags, pillows and custom jewelry)

Rush Orders:
Rush delivery is available on in-stock items only for an additional charge of $12.00 over our regular shipping charges. Please email us at customorders@2enyc.com to be sure that your item is in stock, and available for a rush delivery.

Returns & Exchanges:
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) in its original packaging within 7 days for an exchange or store credit.

• Packages must be returned prepaid by the customer with the package securely wrapped, in the original package if possible. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. We suggest you ship all items through UPS or any other shipping methods with tracking capabilities. We are not responsible for lost packages. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable.
• Custom orders are not refundable or returnable.

Please return your package and order receipt to the address below via an insured courier (for example: Fed Ex, UPS, trackable USPS). 2enyc is not responsible for items damaged or lost while being returned to us.

Handcrafted Items:
All items are handcrafted. This means that each item is unique, and may have slight variations such as color from piece to piece. Also, many of our items are one-of-a-kind or very limited in quantity, and we make no guarantees of availability.

Sales Tax:
All orders shipped within New York State will be charged tax.

Custom Orders:
Custom Orders are available on certain items. All custom orders will be charged $5 in addition to the price. Please email inquiries to: customorders@2enyc.com
